Hey everyone, I need help constructing a solid diet for me while I attend school and while I train. I want to get on a cutting diet and loose some BF %. Its hard for me to follow a diet throughout the day because the only time I get during school hours to eat is at 9:30 in the morning. I train 3-4 times a week followed by cardio. My cal maintenance is 2200. Im 18 years old, 185 pounds and 15% body fat. If you guys could give me somewhere to start on planning my diet it would be greatly appreciated. Even giving me some foods i should buy and times I should try to get a quick meal in would be great.
