well I think its common sense to not cut during an injury. I mean unless youre under some contract or trying to get one or something of extreme urgency coming up.

Some Oooold Pics. All Natural. More to come soon...Still all natural
I just want to continue losing this fat so while i want a fast recovery i still want to drop the kgs, do i need to change my diet or leave it as is, the cardio i do on the treadmill works well with me and dosnt seem to hurt the shoulder plus the doctor told me to keep doing it. i realize i will lose muscle now because i cant work my upper body but i dont want to lose momentum now.
Can someone please explain about maintinence as described above,
i assume my body will need certain things to heal, will this injury use my metabolism more by working to deliver vital nutrients it needs to heal? i am just an ordinary guy who has gotten fat over 4-5 years and i really want to keep losing it, so i have uped my cardio to 1.5 hrs a day 45min pre breakfast and 45 min afternoon. is this the right coarse of action? i want to keep going but i want to do it right.
