Just want to make sure...
I know I should probably know this already, but when you buy something like chicken or beef and it gives nutrition information for, say, 4 oz., does that mean 4 oz. before or after cooking?

LOL, I have been faced with that dilema myself. For ground beef the weight 4 oz is BEFORE cooking. Most chicken is also a BEFORE weigth, unless you are buying frozen.
