    mustard ok?

    i don't use ketchup b/c of the sugar. is a bit of mustard on turkey ok or would it be better to skip it?

    I believe its mostly mustard seed (ground/crushed whatever) and vinegar.

    Yep, general rule of condiments on a cut is : If they add less than 5 calories (not grams) to a meal, go fo it!

    for some crazy reason, when I have cramps, i usually eat mustard straight!

    Cramps ala constipation? heh... I like mustard, I put it on my burgers and even my chicken to help un-dry the stuff and make it a little less bland.
