    Toast vs ordinary bread

    Which is better to consume if u r on a fat lose stage ? I am talking about small amounts of food ( 2-3 slices a day)? Which has a benefit above the other ?

    toast is ordinary bread that has been charred. What is the question? Plus it doesnt matter unless youre on low carbs. If so count the carbs. Otherewise total calories in is what matters.

    Atkins use to sell low carb bread if you are worried about carbs.
