Late Night Snack That Packs A Punch?

My eating schedule is all screwed up today. Work does that everyone once in a while. I just ate my third meal and don't see the fourth coming till about 9 PM tonight. Need about 500-600 calories, 20g protien...something not too heavy.

    Any ideas?

    Yogurt/protein smoothie

To keep me from getting up in the middle of the night, I take a low carb yogurt and cut it about 50/50 with water in a shaker. Shake that up well, then add a scoop(or 2 in your case) of casein protein(that's what I use but use whatever your usual is) and shake that up really well. It's actually awesome!!
