    Tiratricol

Hi. Nice to be here. I didn't know where to post a specific question and hope someone can help me.
I'd like to try tiratricol, given that it's been quite a while since I began to experience wight problems: exercise and a diet low in calories haven't been enough to help me to get rid of the seven Kilos I gained without apparent reason in a relatively short period of time.
My T3 and T4 levels seem to be OK. -or at least they were so when I underwent the corresponding blood test.
However, I'm still getting fatter and fatter and consequenly more and more concerned about food intake, which, among other things, is very stressing.
Fortunately, I don't have any other health problems, so I think it might be OK for me to take tiratricol in combination with a healthy diet and exercise.
I know triatricol has been prohibited in several countries, even though it is commercialized without prescription in mine.
I'd like you to tell me what are its most usual side effects and whether there's a way of taking this medicine that helps to avoid its side effects, if any.
    Thanks in advance.

    Never heard of it.

How low are your calories. If they are too low it will work against you. 7 kilos is nothing and no need to try something you don't know about. What does your diet look like? We usually like to see stuff inputted on FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal

At least give us a sample of your daily diet.

I've never heard of it, but a quick google search and then another quick search after finding mention of a study taught me that if you are not hypothyroid now...take that garbage and you will be soon (within a month according to a five minute read through cross reference).

At least give us a sample of your daily diet.
    OK, thanks for helping me.
This is my diet for an ordinary day:

Morning - two or three buiscuits o five or six crackers, tea or coffe with sugar.

    Mid-morning - Fruit and a sugar-free drink.

Lunch - a cheese and jam sandwich and a salad (usually lettuce and tomato with olive oil, lemmon and salt) and a fruit.

Afternoon - coffe or tea and a sanwich or some crackers with ricotta.

Dinner - steak and salad. Fruit.

Some days I eat about 30 g of chocolate between meals.

take that garbage and you will be soon (within a month according to a five minute read through cross reference).
I'm afraid this is the plain truth.

Your diet needs work. Try cutting all the starch in the morning and replacing it with eggs and a slice of ham or bacon. And how much are you exercising?

Firstly, thanks for your help, Merkaba.
I walk one hour, three days a week and don't exercise on weekend.

Try cutting all the starch in the morning and replacing it with eggs and a slice of ham or bacon.
How many eggs would you suggest?

We'll try to get Built to chime in. She's better with female anatomy and diet stuff. I would say youre probably walking too long and too much for that diet. I can go ahead and tell ya to go to FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal and get familiar with it. You should be on it every day.

    Stick around...

    Built to the RESCUE...

Felicia.....It's none of my business telling you this but with built on this you are in good hands. Follow what she says and you will be amazed with results. And do really stick around.

It is very tempting to try various supplements / drugs to get results but the real results are with proper diet & exercising.Welcome to the forum & good luck.

I am not trying to advertise but if you become elite member then you will get 26 e-books for free, one of the book by the name "Fat Loss Supplements Under The Microscope" contains researched in detail information on natural & drug based fat loss supplements which REALLY work. I am not sure if members are allowed to post info from this books or not.

Think about it, again i would like to make clear that I am not advertising but posting my experience.

Hope this helps in some way.

Merkaba, Built, nkira: thanks for your advice and for showing such a responsible stance. Now I'm convinced I shouldn't take any fat loss supplement.
I don't intend to become a body builder but I really need to tone up, since in spite of having always done exercise, my muscules seem to be asleep.
I will read the material you recommend.
    Thanks.

By the way here are some NATURAL fat loss supplement's that do work but you have to couple it with good diet & exercise routine, bare supplements will not give you benefits,

    1. YERBA MATE
    Effectiveness ***
    Safety ****

    2. CITRUS AURANTIUM
    Effectiveness ****
    Safety ***

    3. GUARANA
    Effectiveness ****
    Safety ***

    4. CLA (Conjugated linoleic acids)
    Effectiveness ***
    Safety ****

    5. GREEN TEA
    Effectiveness ***
    Safety ****

    6. COLEUS FORSKOHLII
    Effectiveness ***
    Safety ****

Even if all the listed supplements are natural that does not mean you can make cocktail out of it, could be bad for your health.

What ever you do, research on it and take opinions before jumping in.
