    Whats Your Take On Diet-Pop?

Hey guys, I'm pretty addicted to my caffeine and usually have one diet Full Throttle a day. I've read somewhere that the fake sweetness might trigger an insulin response from the body. How bad is it to have one diet-pop a day while on a cutting diet? Any thoughts would be great.

I wouldnt worry about one drink. Put some solid food on your stomach to buffer it anyways.

To be technical...youre drinking crap. and you know. Period. Its up to you how tight you want to be. I like caffeine too and usually drink at least one drink a day of something.

I drink a good amount of Monster energy lo carb drinks. 10 cals per can, tried giving them up but got incredible headaches for a week. I will kick it soon or later, but for now I am going to stick with them.

Actually, it's 10 cals per serving.

I know because I have been drinking them the last month or so too.

    There's 20 cals, 6 carbs per can.

I feel like these really increase my metabolism. I get hungry quick after downing one.
