Hi people i was trying to figure out, how many calories at day i need to eat to build mass. i know we need to eat alot when we want to get big. but the problem itīs the appetite. when you have appetive is possible to eat alot f calories, but when you appetite is off, how can i eat ? to get big

STATS
Height - 5'8" Weight - 169
Squats - 3x10 315lbs. Can't fucking fit the rest on here.
There's lot of calorie calculators online
Some of them even include activity levels, body composition and weight, etc.
Then you just simply add a few hundred more calories if you're trying to build muscle.
