    Bumping up the calories/protein

Do you have any ideas for bumping up calories?? At the moment I don't think i'm getting any calories or protein because i'm just not hungry enough, although i eat 6-8 times a day but just smaller meals.
Any ideas for any healthy calorie dense and protein rich options that will give me the calories and protein i need but without being too large??
    Thanks

raise your carb intake and lower your fat intake... this may make you hungrier and then you can use that hunger to consume more protein!!

Are you workouts pretty intense? I get hungrier than crap if I have a hard workout!
