    another fat lose questions

    When i am on low carb intake i must definitely consume more essential fats and good cholesterol (Egg yolks),right?
    Can a super low calorie intake stop the fat lose process?

    yes it can, if you put ur body in an extreme caloric deficit you will lose rapid weight for a short period of time, after that your metabolism will change to protect your body , run a 500 calorie deficit lose 1 pound a week , lift heavy , eat protein

    you lose fat, keep muscle and do it all in a healthy way

    Being on a super low caloric deficit can be unhealthy. You should take things slowly, find your maintenance caloric level and go on with a dificit 10%.

    yes , increase dietary fat and protein intake, egg whites with a few whole eggs in the morning is a great way to help that
