The fat loss has been incredible. I am losing about .5lbs per day, but I know that is too much. The problem is, that I am not hungry, and am having trouble increasing this. I don't know if it is just because of the issue going on in my life, or a reaction of the hydroxycut, but I am actually getting a bit sick to my stomach if I try to eat much more.
My weight is now at 241.5 (3.5 lbs in 5 days) and I am definately getting thinner, but I feel tired and a bit run down. Myfit states that my maintenence calories are 3,415, and my daily average is 1700-1900. It recommends an 800 caloric deficit to reach my goal weight by August.
What caloric intake do you recommend? And what are some food ideas that I can add that may help me with the nausea? I will bring a larger supply of MRP's next hitch out here, but as it is, I only have enough for 1 per day, so I can't just chug another.
Am I fine where I am, or what do I need to change?
