    Refeed & Cheat days

Quick question. I have been doing some reading and I understand that when on a cut you refeed with carbs every 4 days or so, but can you fit a cheat meal into the diet when doing refeeds as well?

If so...What can you eat for a cheat meal? Does anything go? how many calories or % of your daily calories can go towards a cheat meal? Can you eat as much as you want on a cheat meal or do you keep it within your daily calories (the amount you calculated below mainenance)

    Thanks for the help.

Its a cheat meal. If youre doing all of this thinking just skip the cheat meal cause it wont be a cheat. Its a psychological thing as well as physiological. its supposed to give you a break.

If anything just try to track it's calories and macs so you will know where you stand with the meal and adjust the rest of your day, haha...or days, accordingly.
