    Pork

This might be a dumb question but is pork ok for a cutting diet? I notice that it is not in too many people's diets but tenderloin only has a moderate amount of fat and is loaded with protien. Just curious.

    Cheers.

Ahh yes, the other white meat.

Any food is fine on a cutting diet.

It'll work if you can run a deficit and maintain your macros.

This whole "eating in moderation" thing is not as easy as it sounds. Having one slice of pizza, for example, and stopping there is pretty difficult.

Ive done this on 2 occasions and I had to limit my night's dinner cuz of how high my total calories got. It sucked.

One slice of pizza? Is that like a synonym for half? I didn't realize that pizza came in less than "half pie" portions.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

I will say though..and some people may know what I mean and disagree (though I dont see how), the Hornel "Lean Shoulder Cut Filets" are great. Hardly any fat or carbs.

This is weird though... I used to be able to eat them, but not anymore. Now I get the shits beyond belief from them. At the same section, they sometimes sell beef shoulder filets and they are infinitely more tasty. However, they are hard to come by.

If I am describing this wrong, let me switch to simple terms..
Its basically a tube of meat, wrapped in plastic. It has various flavors and they are quite delicious. The beef tubes are the same way, but they are cut in two spots.
