    Liquid protein

Hey, so i was at GNC the other day and saw this small bottle of "liquid protein" it was like 90 calories for 25g of protein and I was wondering if this is just bull shit or something worth considering for someone on a crash diet who needs low calories but high amount of protein of LBM retention?

hmmm......well im fraking going crazy here, i spend at least one hour a day calculating, no perfectionising, my calorie and protein intake to the point where it is really affecting my work performance....i think im just going to add 200 extra calories (40g protein) on my wokrout days (2 days a week on PSMF diet) which will bring me from 1200 cals a day to 1400 cals a day for two days a week, just for the extra protein...

lol...yeah, EC is making me all weird as well....lol, but i like it.....I train in the morning time, usually about 9 am, so tomorrow im gona have 130cals or protein before my wokrout, and then another 260cals of protein after my wokrout....then thruout the day im just gona continue my usualy diet which would bump me to 1400 cals a day, and the problem si that in Lyles book, he makes it seem that even 1200-1400 a day is still too much....it hard being so "anal" about my caloric intake, it makes me think i have a mental obsesive disorder or something..

Question guy give me your email in a private message and il send you through my spreadsheet. Ive been on the diet for 4 1/2 weeks, LBM has been significantly maintained, im pumping out stronger sets than i have ever done before and in the 4 1/2 weeks ive gone from 95kgs to 84kgs. How do i know LBM has been significantly maintained? DEXA scans, no calipers, no estimates, etc, an actual scan so I can relieve you and let you know this program works. Not using EC either as its banned in australia.
