    This can't be right!

So im at work at the moment (dreaded night shift) and thought id work OUT HOW MANY CALORIES, FAT, CARBS AND PROTEIN I consumed today using Fit day.

    Calories 1860
    Fat 94.1 grams
    Carbs 133.4
    Protein 122.7

I reckon being 220 pounds my intake should be about 3300, so im well under. Although I am on night shift and thus sleep from 9am till 4.30pm thus skipping lunch which usually consists of bake beans, tuna, sardines, 1 tomatoe and some beets.

I never actaully count my calories, I just try to eat right and not overindulge.
my goal is to loose weight, by lifting weights, HIT and eating right but it seems to me such a low calorie intake would be more detramental in the long run, although I only do 4-5 nights shift per 2 weeks.

Suggestions anyone? Should I eat more at dinner time? Do I need more protein? etc... etc...

    Cheers
I love lifting so much that i wanna take it behind the school building and get it pregnant!

The protein is pretty low, maybe try adding a protein shake(or two) somewhere in there?
Look in Built's signature, she has probably one of the most effective ways to lose body fat.
Check out UD 2.0 and "Daredevils are shredded"

    Best of luck!

    Hi there

Links in my sig, as requested...
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.
