    Tumercin (Misspell?) spice and supplement

    Mods or whomever,

What is the deal with this stuff. I've seen on the news and listed to doctors and their highly recommending this stuff for vairous health reasons etc.

I know it's a spice and I know it's now in pill form.

Question # 1: What does it taste like and what, if any, recipes would you include Tumercin in?

Question # 2: Is their any proven fact to this pill form wise and it's various claims?

Actually you want Curcumin. (see Jarrow Formulas) It has major anti-inflammatory properties and more. Tumeric is the spice form found in curries, dahls, masalas and Indian food.

Yes, there are studies with Tumeric, curcumin, ginger (not MaryAnn), clove, cinnamon and more!

Aaahhh, this is what I missed on the daily news health edition! Thanks Dr. Feelgood! I could always use an immune builder/anti cancer supplement!

    Thanks again!

PS. Turmeric will shut down my friend's ass gas? GOOD! He needs it. He claims that Solgar multivitamin is causing excess gas!
