Do you mean Turmeric?

Mods or whomever,
What is the deal with this stuff. I've seen on the news and listed to doctors and their highly recommending this stuff for vairous health reasons etc.
I know it's a spice and I know it's now in pill form.
Question # 1: What does it taste like and what, if any, recipes would you include Tumercin in?
Question # 2: Is their any proven fact to this pill form wise and it's various claims?
Do you mean Turmeric?
Actually you want Curcumin. (see Jarrow Formulas) It has major anti-inflammatory properties and more. Tumeric is the spice form found in curries, dahls, masalas and Indian food.![]()
