    products to aid cutting process

I'm starting my cut down phase for the summer. I have been off of creatien for about 4 months now, while I'm a little smaller my muscles look better and harder. I still am lifting hard ans eating well, but I'm about to start intervals and some cutting calories. What supplements would help the cutting process and aid in preserving muscles??

    Currently I take:
    Animal Pak multi
    100% whey

I have some arsenal - X by PMD

I'm looking at getting Optimum Nutrition Fish Oil and amino acids ( AA not for fat loss)

well before ANYTHING , you need to make sure your diet is in order , and after and only after an EC stack will aid in fat loss and retaining muscle if u can get your hands on it

    I'd get back on creatine.

What macros are you running and how are you training?
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.

don't know what macros are, my training:
Monday - 25 sec rest in between sets - arms and some back
tue - traditional chest day 1:30 min rest between sets
wed- 25 sec rest in between sets - back and shoulders
thurs- heavy chest 1:30 min rest
fri - 25 sec rest arms and some abs

I don't like the look of creatine, I feel like I look like I have puffy and soft muscles. Since I have been off it I have really hardened up.

There's your problem. No knowledge of what you're taking in food wise combined with a poor training program.

Read up on the links in Built's sig and some of the stickies on the DnT and Training forums. You don't need supplements, you need knowledge.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

What kind of creatine were you taking - was it plain monohydrate, or was it a premix?

How come you don't train legs, and why are you doing so much concentration work while cutting?

I was taking a premix. I don't train legs cause I trying to heel up a bad knee, I do real light leg training, so I didn't even list it. Its more of physical therapy than a workout.

I dont see what the difference is on the concentration work, I am working those muscles in a superset and interval fashion. What do you recommend.
