    Refeeds question

Is it okay then when i'm on the Refeed diet, my carbohydrate intake a day is increased to maybe 80g but instead of refeed-ding so fast (eg:every weekend) i refeed every 2 weeks or something? kinda hard to keep my carbs intake so low in my school due to everything coming with rice

good job, joining this and showing dedication to this lifestyle which if you follow up on it will be the best thing you ever did in your life...............I just walked into the office carrying 5 (yes 5 ) large containers with all my meals in it for the day....everyone was looking at me funny and helped me open doors....some laughed because they know me, some looked at me and thought "steroid freak" some other thought "WTF"? but they all had one thing in comon...they were all ignorant people who do not know the meaning of pure pleasure...they all had lunch delivered today from quiznos (sandwish show) and yes it freaking smells good....Never will they know that instead of me looking like a fool and "obsessed"...in reality they are looking like a bunch of ignorant sheep wiht not sence of pleasure in their lifes..................
I guess my point is this:
Dont make excuses...pack your lunch the night before and if you need help on what to pack, we will help you...but dont ask a question then follow it up on how you can not take the advice and somehow think that admitting your weakness makes it OK.

yeah sure i really don't mind packing my own food, probably save me more money from eating in the canteen anyway. Thing is i don't actually know which kinds of feeds which are portable yet high in protein/low-carb. Any suggestion?

ok, im a boring guy so i can eat the same crap every day.....i usually pack me chicken to work every day......I pack 250g chicken breast and melt a slice of fat free cheese on top, include a couple of celery sticks and asparagus....I do this three times daily at work and include a protein shake...you can also use fish wiht low caloric value...this is really small, easy to make and store
