Quick microwave dinners like lean cuisine's but higher in cals.

I like lean cuisines when i need a quick meal but is there anything else out there like them that are low in fat but high in calories. I eat some of them that have like 30 grams of carbs, 20 grams of protein and low fat which is all good but the damn things don't have any calories to them. Just wondering if anyone had any other similar suggestion for something quick and microwavable when i'm short on time?

    Thanks

Eggs.....not even kidding you can scramble eggs in the micro.

Protein shake. Canned tuna/chicken. Cottage cheese. Throw a tablespoon of natty PB in there and some carbs if you want and you got yourself a meal.

All of those options are quick.
