    What's the scoop on xylitol?

Cuz I love to sweeten my cereal/oatmeal with stuff and honestly even when I put a lot of honey/brown sugar in it it's hard to taste it.

I keep reading how bad aspartame/splenda/etc. are for you...but I remember people on her talking about Xylitol being ok? Anyone know much about it?

About 25% less calories than sugar, much lover GI (about 7).

Best sweetener in terms of taste and natural. I use slightly less xylitol than I would usually use sugar.

I prefer it over other sweeteners, ifyou use it just make sure it fits in your calorie requirements.

Love me some xylitol. Be careful and don't buy the cheap stuff or you may have some problems.

I did a post on it a few years ago. Do a search
