Ok, so what if nutritional information is put on the actual products instead of the counter? I am sure this fat fuk wouldn't know what to do with that information. Add on to this the fact that Obesity is not a result of any specific macronutient, but an over-indulgence in all of them. This is just like the jerkoff who drinks lead paint and sues because there is no label saying not to drink it. I guess this means that Darwin was wrong, it is not survival of the fittest.
If I were a lawyer for McDonalds, I would get him on the stand and give him a nutrition quiz based on current nutritional information found on all unprepared foods. I guarantee he fails it. Besides what kind of idiot sees that something is 100% and thinks he can eat however much of it he wants. I see this case making some changes in the way prepared foods are labeled, but I do not see him making a dime out of this, although the laws generally help morons like this. Here is how I would nail this loser:
I have 100% beef here and a salad, which are you gonna eat?
Sitaution 1, he studies for it
Answer 1: The salad.
Outcome: Then why did you order hamburgers when you knew salads were better?
Situation 2, he doesn't study
Answer 2: 100% beef.
Outcomebviously your obesity is based more on your lack of knowledge rather than what is labeled.
Man on a mission!
Good points for situation 1 and 2. I really am curious how this all dishes out.Originally posted by Duncan

Tomorrow's headline: "Icon sued by Munchkins in landmark paternity suit"

The sad thing is how do these cases even make it to the courtroom ? that's the real problem...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
This is along the same lines. I heard about this on the radio this morning...
A woman laid down on railroad tracks apparently intending suicide. Someone saw her and phoned the station who then notified the conductor who was only able to slow to 10 mph.
She was injured and in turn sued the railroad. Her attorneys said the conductor was unable to control the train and she was awarded 9 million dollars.
WTF is wrong with this picture?

I remember a story of a guy in Las Vegas. He tried to commit suicide by jumping off a multi-level parking structure. He jumped and lived. So he sued the owner of the land and won because there wasn't any barrier from keeping him from jumping.
what's wrong with teh picture? Good laws have loop holes in them....and a basic lack of common sense seems to be missing.
Success leaves clues. People who produce outstanding results do specific things to create those results
