I'll let others comment on the diet, but I dont see a problem with 1.5 hours pre workout.

I'm about the same, wakeup 4:30 am and hit the gym by about 6am.

from personal experience I like to train so that my next meal corrisponds with the end of my workout. The pre workout meal looks good if you planned on training sooner I would lose the fat. ALso there is the age old debate about whey pre workout post workout and during. Me personaly I like about 30 g protein 1.5 hours before workout with a good complex carb( for me yams). I like 2 scoops of whey in water post workout with between 10- 12g of maltodextrin or dexetrose. I would experiment and find out what works best for you

i train around 5: 30 pm and im done by 6:20 pm and right after i take protein ,carbs and fat and thats my meal #5.
i read to eat your next meal about an hour to an hour and a half after training, instead of three hours later .that would make my last meal around 8 pm. i go to bed around 11 pm, wake up at 7 am.
im not sure if this is correct.
