Is my diet more or less ok for cutting?
I dont obsess over calculating calories and such, but i do check roughly how much calories are in what i eat. This is a typical example of how i try to keep myself eating, and it has helped me lose alot of belly, but i would like tips and pointers wherever necessary, where to get better nutrition or lower calories.
After waking i typicaly just drink a pint of semiskimmed milk to supress hunger, sometimes mabe a medium sized bowel of bitesize shredded wheat cerial. While going for as long as i can without eating, or mabe eating 1 or two peices of fruit as a snack, i normaly drink yerba mate, an argentinian 'tea-like' herb drunk with hot water, it is said to help lose weight. When i cannot stand to not eat anymore, i eat a meal that consists of some kind of lean meat (chicken or beef steak usualy, fried without oil, but with a spray that doesnt contain fats or sugars) or, less often, a small amount of pasta. Always the meals will be accompanied by a corn on the cob, some form of healthily cooked potato, sliced cucumber, and sometimes another vegetable like carrot or mangetout(some kind of podded pea). Again the same method of not eating until absolutely necessary, just yerba and fruit if i need a snack. The last meal, accompanied by semi skimmed milk, would contain another meat, with rice, sometimes with a curry sauce. Accompanied by a vegetable stirfry fried without oils or fats (with the aformentioned spray) Often i skip parts of it, when possible i skip a meal. I eat more if i do physical work or need to concentrate. All through the day i drink water and ss milk, occasionaly fruit juice, but not so much now. While i always read packaging to see how many calories are contained, i usualy have no idea how many are in a meal. Most nights i do situps, sometimes with a 5kg weight. During some days i lift barbels of varying weights. However i do not do cardio or propper workouts while cutting. I also sometimes take zma suppliments, or, just to finnish the pot, i take the 'natural anabolic' pills that i posted about that dont do much noticable exept make orgasms feel more pleasurable, and make me feel like ive swallowed a brick Any information you may need about me to help assess what i should or shouldnt eat: Age 22 Height 2metres/6ft 6inch Weight 15stone/wavers between 92 and 96kg Bodyfat - a year ago when i had bigger belly and no muscle it was 18 percent, but right now i have no idea.

Sounds like you know what you should be eating and what you shouldn't. How much you wat is jsut as important as what you wat, but you already know this.
When cutting you should count the calories so you can figure out where you are in regards to maintenence calories. You workout routines seem very haphazard and that alone will undermine your attempts. If you can establish a solid routine it will aid greatly in your endeavors. |

The stickies tell me that if i pay $34.95 i will know how to get ripped and slim.
The unhealthy thing about what im doing is letting myself starve, but if i dont go hungry i wont lose anything, and with my family/life, 6meals isnt an option

http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/di...intenance.html (Guide to Cutting, Bulking & Maintenance) the stickies are free, and saying your not able to eat 6 meals a day due to family/life is simply an excuse!

Who cares how many meals you eat? If you eat less than you need, you'll drop. Find a way to do it and not mind.
Dodge, read the link in my sig on getting started. It's in pounds, I apologize in advance.
Wondering where to start? Confused? This will get you started.
