Diet help...

I am 6'2", 320 lbs. Other than my weight, I am in good health. BP and blood work are normal.

I am working out on a split session - upper body/lower body 4 days per week.

I need to drop about 80 lbs.

I am a carb junky. I need to abstain from processed carbs and sugar of all kinds.
1. I am i need of a diet - south beach, etc
2. Recommendations on supplements
3. I need help with an appetite suppressant strategy. I am always hungry, even after a big meal.

Need advice!

PSMF. Forget appetite suppressors. Forget supplements. You are obese and need to get to work quickly. I've been in your shoes. I hit the scale at almost 300 lbs at your height. How old are you?

I can help you.

GWM, are you tracking your intake?

Please read the link in my sig on getting started and get back to us with your total calories, and grams of protein, carb and fat, total fibre as well. I can help you with the satiety part.

Oh, jugg's just being silly.

I might suggest some options that will make dieting more comfortable though. That sound dangerous enough for you?

I'll look forward to seeing some numbers.

I am guilty as charged. Seriously, she and I have the same outlook as we are former used-to-be jumbos. She taught me a lot. In fact, i am still learning.

Following Built's advice I am now down 41lbs in 4 months. I'll post up my monthly update for you next week Built.

It's a pain in the ass, but do the Fitday, it makes like easier for us fatbodies.

If it's any concillation, the losing weight is easier than the tracking.
