288lbs!
Ok guys. I am 24y/o. I weigh 288lbs right now at 6'. Back 5 years ago before college, and right out of high school, I weighed 236lb's and was pretty well built. I am looking to drop some of that weight. I'd like to lose as much as possbile, but would settle for getting down to about 250lb or so. At the same time I want to maintain the muscle I have.
Here is my questions... How many calories a day should I take in to reac that 250lb goal? What type of diet should I be on? What type of weight lifting routine & cardio should I do? I can lift/run 4 days a week. The other days my schedule is far to hectic. Any help is going to be very much appreciated. Thanks. |

Hey bro, first off, a big pat on the back for deciding to take control of it again.
I came here a few months back looking for the same things, and following the advice given here I am down 41 lbs in 4 months. Listen to them, and apply what they tell you and it WILL happen. |
