If you are trying to bulk, then yes do light cardio AFTER the weights. This way more of your energy will go into the weights. Otherwise, if you did it beforehand, you woulld be too tired to lift heavy.

After the weights the glycogen is supposed to be mostly used up, so that would be the time to do it. Just make sure you get your protein etc post workout so your not robbing yourself.

Nothin wrong with doin a little cardio after liftin.
Although I prefer to seperate cardio and liftin days
or seperate them into two trips to the gym.
(cardio in the morning and weights at night or vice versa)
I've tried all sorts of combos with cardio and weight training
and have seen the best results when separating the two.
    But like I said,
there is nothin wrong with cardio after liftin.

If your just looking to bulk up, then I would not do any cardio after lifting weights. You want to re-fuel your body ASAP after your workout.
You would be better to do your cardio on non lifting days.

If you have a little fat on you that you'd like to drop, then I'd say its ok to do a little cardio after weights.
    Cool

Do the cardio first raider and then eat.
Just keep the cardio light and make sure to drink/eat a.s.a.p

    or

you can sip on a carb/protein drink towards the end of your weight training session if you would like.

    It's your choice.
I would go on instinct and by the way you feel
    after the weight training

    Either way,
Eat something a.s.a.p after your're completely done.

If you're trying to bulk, cardio is only going to hinder your gains. If you want to do cardio for health reasons then I'd suggest doing it on off days.

I'd also rather do it on off days, which is one reason I hardly EVER do any (not hardly any off days for one).

If your going to do it on the same day, do it before eating! Thats the whole purpose, not burning the food but burning into fat stores (hopefully).

Well you need to pick which is more important to you...bulking or cutting.....if bulking is more important, but you'd still like to lose a little fat then do it on your off days like I said. If cutting is more important, then do it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or immediately after your w8 w/o. Of course, the proper diet (high protein, mod. fat, low carb, no sugar) will help the most in gaining LBM and losing fat!
