Theory for a good cutting diet i want to ask about
I had a theory that this could be a great diet for cutting, but i want to check that its healthy, and that theres not something that i dont know about that could make it bad.
Breakfast: huge bowl(or two normal bowels) of shredded wheat (a cereal that literaly consists of only wheat, no sugar, no salt, nothing), with semi skimmed milk and a peice of fruit Yerba mate Midday meal: same as breakfast Yerba mate or glass of semi skimmed milk Evening meal: fatless cut of beef or chicken, potatoes, and 2-4 types of vegetables, alongside a soya milkshake or dietcoke/coke zero Before bed: yerba mate with a spoonfull of cinamon powder in (i hate trying to just eat the spoonful lol) My theory behind this is that the shredded wheat should be low in calories but be good for filling up so that i dont want to eat, also providing fibre. The milk provides vitamins in the day, as does the yerba mate, which also promotes fat burning. With the meal, i figured i could fit in a small sweet treat of dietcoke/coke zero (i assume they are ok on a cut, but im not certain, i know theyr not the healthiest thing to drink though) or mabe a 'so good soya chocolate shake' which i assume should be ok without taking the calorie count too high. What can you more dietically educated tell me about this diet? If you give the thumbs up health and calorie-wise, il go for it and post results

That's a terrible cutting diet.
Where's the protein? Hell, where's the calories? You need to focus on filling in the basics of at least 1g protein/lb and 0.5g fat/lb. That diet doesn't even comse close I'm sure. What kind of training are you planning to do? |

I agree with danzik17, every bit. Quote:
