Hey guys, I have been doing tons of reading on EK and concluded that they are the ones I choose to do my business with because they are so reputable. Anyways, I think I may have screwed up but I am not entirely sure. I filled out a ticket and tried to resolve the issue on their site a couple days ago but have received no response on the matter. I am ordering from the US and I sent my money in US dollars, didnt even really think about it until I got home. Was this the wrong thing to do? I mean no where in the ordering process did I see them state anything about sending the money any differently. Anyways, thanks for reading and for the future replies. Take care.
hmmmmmmm......i'm confused a little....what was your question? but, if you followed the ordering process correctly and it said it went through, then i wouldnt worry to much a bout it. get your posts up, then PM the rep.
My fault, yeah I can see how that would be confusing. What I meant was that I sent my money through WU in US dollars, however, I know they are based in another country so I wasnt sure if I should have sent the money in euros. Anywho, I THINK that it does not matter and that they accept payment is US dollars. Thanks brotha
Just wanted to say that EK just replied to my ticket and were extremely cool about everything. They informed be USD were completely fine. Also, I had to cancel my orignial transaction with them and do another one and they offered to cover the extra WU fee, SO they are treating me great so far. Order status is still pending so I will let you guys know how the rest of my first experience with EK goes.
