It is very frustrating to have a cart that you queue up, transfer funds into AlertPay, then when the transfer finally goes through a week later, come back to your cart and have the price go up.
I think that if you have a finalized cart, your changing of the item prices within your store should NOT affect a finalized cart. This just makes for a frustrating experience when you transfer hundreds of dollars into AlertPay and can't even finish the checkout process.
Now dont think I am giving a negative reply to EK because im not, i really believe that they are a great company and so far for my first experience everything is going fine, BUT i do sort of know what you are talking about here. My order has been finalized and payment sent but my cart says a much much higher price so im confused by that, i mean i know that im not paying any more money because i already sent it but still
nobody is going to tell you anything about this in a open board where everybody can read what you write here
contact customer service create a ticket
