one for me was recently and it got to me in record time... i mean WOW is all I can say.. Dp rocks... My second order has been somewhat of an issue,,, I have not recieved it yet... Going on TWO weeks and have had issues W/ T# not working... If a rep can help and look into it I would greatly appreciate...

average ship times worldwide are 8-15 days as stated on the website FAQ's.....also they ask that in case of slow postal wait up to 15 extra days before making a ticket.....sometimes ship is faster and sometimes a little slower......patience is always a virtue!!!
