    cant get order to go thru at ek

    I've been trying for three weeks to order from ek. ****** is retarded & the customer service is horrible. Ek will not communicate with me they will only send me a nre ticket number every time I email them. Can someone please help.

    Maybe your getting bad cus tomer service because your posting stuff if the wrong sections? Try posting this in their own forums

    you can't reply to my PM? I know you don't have enough posts to start a PM but you should be able to reply, no? You need to create a ticket , not email them thru the website. I don't even know what email your using...the posted email is for email orders and they don't answer questions. Support tickets are where you get your answers from? Did you read the FAQ in the sticky? I'll PM you my email addy so we can figure out what the issue is...

    bro I assure you the customer service is good, you need to start a ticket on the website

    AFAIK they won't reply to any emails unless you use a secure service ie. safemail/hushmail or whatever. I would just start a ticket and you will hear back within 24 hours (usually less).

    I would like to update everyone on my order problem. I'm not sure what happened the first time but I think there may have been something going on with the website because I'm not sure I ever properly started an account. I appreciate lordsks being very helpful & being prompt in helping me. The second time I started all over creating a new account & it was simple as could be. Honestly I don't know what happened the first try. But ek has Awsome customer service & I look foward to trying their products.
