So what's the deal with tracking numbers?

I am very happy with Ek thus far. I am just curious as to know why we are not provided a tracking number unless the item is late. Hell, I would be willin to pay extra just for it.

But again, I stress that I am happy with the service so far.

Because packs are sent from several locations around the world depending on stock, tracking isn't usually given out right away unless a product is late or if it's a VIP or bulk customer.
