    EK experience; The good and bad.

    First off, this post is in reference to the email sale.

    The Good
    They communicated very quickly and politely.

    They did what they said they would. They sent the goods, but first item got held up so they had to reship. They did follow through with the reship and package was received. The 2nd time around the shipping was faster than expected delivery time.

    The Bad
    Communicated well but when a slight problem did occur they ignored those parts of the emails and didn't respond to them.

    Though they did reship, because of the wait period, a majority of products were no longer available, including 3 out of the 4 I had originally ordered. 2 of these products where the decieding factor for ordering from EK through the email sale. When this was conveyed to EK they ignored it and simply stated to pick from available product for value of previous order.

    Overall

    The I would rate this a 6/10 simply because I ended up paying for product that was I was not interested in. Would I do business with EK again? More than likely, but would ask that EK attempts to right situation first.

    How to Correct the Bad ...
    EK allow customers that had the same experience I did, (pay for a particular product, but end up with another) the opportunity to purchase the products of previous interest (same quantity) at the original email sale prices.

    Does this seem fair? If it was done I would rate this transaction 9/10 and be loyal customer.

    That is something I should have originally mentioned.

    The reps

    irish and Lordsks, both did provide good assistance throughout the transaction and I do thank them for their efforts.

    Irish, is there any way my last point could be brought up to the EK team. It would ensure at least one more purchase from me and likely a repeat customer from here on out. I do not feel like it is asking for too much. If not maybe another solution could be presented.

    One more thing, when I get around to using the products will make sure to comment on their quality and try to make a log. Or at least before and after stats.

    Nice post pebble. I ran into the same problem, but made it work with what was left.

    pebble thanks for posting and the way you went about presenting the info. The email sale will be over very soon! If this was to happen on the website there would be 2-3 other labs + HG products to fill your order.

    Thanks for stepping and offering this as a solution. I will not be ordering until stock filled. When I do make this purchase do I need to make a ticket to inform the staff of the discounted price?

    I have been waiting before posting about my experience with the email sale but since several posts are popping up about the same subject, I will just add my info to this post.

    As I said above, this is in reference to the email sale.

    The Good
    The only problems I had was with the safe-mail servers. Sometimes I would get a failed delivery from safe-mail saying the account I sent to was invalid. Resending the email 10-15 mins later would normally go through. This is a safe-mail server issue, and not an EK error.

    As far as everything else, the response times were great and all questions were answered right away.

    All deliveries were super fast. I have had domestic packages that took longer.

    The Bad
    They ran out of something that I ordered in one of the deliveries and a substitution had to be made. The positive side of this is that several posts were made before hand that quantities were limited. On later orders, I asked that items wanted to be stock checked first before money was sent. I had instant replies and orders were made.

    Overall
    For all of my current delivered orders, I rate this a 10/10 because I was happy with all products that I received and every step in the ordering process was completed quickly, especially the delivery. As for items running out of stock, well, we were warned beforehand that the sale would continue till all items were sold out.

    I may have more experience to add soon.

    Whats next? Well using some of the items received, which pre-cycle prep is currently being worked on now.
