My biggest issue is my strengh which is why i'am looking foward to my first cycle. I spend between 1- 1/2 hrs every time i go to the gym but I get frustraded because my strengh hasnt improved much. I think once i start taking aas i'll be able to workout longer then i currently can.

bro no need to workout longer than 1 1/2 hours, honestly if your rest times are low you can usually get it in good in 45mins-hour tops

every muscle group once a week sounds more like it
4 days a week is usually good for a natty, I feel like I can hit 5 with no problems so I usually do. On cycle you might be able to get away with 6 even if you're eating/resting enough, listen to your body it'll let you know when it's too much lol
My first cycle I was going 7 days a week, made solid gains but I literally felt like a zombie by week 5 or so, guess I shot my cns to hell. Had much better results throwing in a rest day or two whenever I felt I needed it

Bodybuilding is about learning to maximally contract a muscle. It is not about lifting weight. The best bodybuilders in the world are that way because they can contract their muscle harder than you, NOT because they lift more.
