Sucks we have a customs service, and laws, so hell bent on interferring in peoples personal lives. Maybe they should focus a little more time on keeping illegals out, wmd, life destroying drugs, etc... rather than busting people trying to better their health.

My experience so far with EK
Order was shipped but not received 2 weeks past the due date making it a month. I followed the proper procedures for this particular issue and was prompted back within 12 hours telling me they will re-send the order. i went ahead and did that today providing a new addy and am waiting instructions. Although this is an issue that just happens in this kind of business I understand that it has nothing to do with EK. The professionalism with customer service has been exceptional as well with the hosptiality that the reps provide on the boards. I am happy so far and i feel confident I will be takin care of and receive the order in due time. I just hope that time comes fast
