Does EK give a shipping number to track the order? If so, where can I get it? and what website do I use it at?
the track info on the website is for internal use only and won't work on a postal track site.....usually only VIP customers get them and also you can make a ticket to request it if your pack is 30 days or more past ship dateQuote:

I made a ticket and the king was more than happy to help. I will give you some advice though, the tracking numbers are useless. Received my first dvd today and up until this morning there was no record of my dvd existing. Almost try to forget about it and before you know your dvds will be at your doorstep.
what would make one a vip customer, just wondering. a certain amount of times u must purchase to become one?
