    Its real sad to see people who talked ek and there products up so much turn there backs on them at the first sighn of problems..I'm waiting patiently as well for a mega present from them but I am not worried as every time I have ever needed these guys they took care of me like I was a vip..this is the time right now where people that have placed successfull orderes with them need to stand up against these haters and false accusations..what sucks is I believe that there customer service and shippig times were so good that now any small delay that happens people can't handle..I know they will sort this out for me and everyone else and I can't wait to post my pics of this order as its mega..and in the same respect if I got had I would be the first to say just that but we all know that won't be the case

    I dnt think that anyone takes the bunk claims seriously. The number of people w good gear is too many to believe any of it.

    But, the number of packs seized is way too high, and people are put at risk by it. It's not a couple isolated events when multiple people have had multiple seizures.

    If my next pack, which is late, is seized, that will be 3 out of 6! If it is, I won't use EK again.

    I think you are jumping the gun and attacking your fellow forum members. Many EK customers are letting their frustrations be heard which I think is good for any business to realize. It allows them to improve areas of their business and as a result create even happier customers.

    It would appear you are attacking members that posted in http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/eu...y-express.html , but I think you are misreading their intentions. Most of the people are saying that the gear will come and it is good to go, but orders should not be taking as long as they are to get to customers and should not be seized as much as it would appear they are. I think we can both agree on that last statement.

    I agree that ek needs to take more care in he packaging area without a doubt as I believe I said that on this forum a month ago..I think now we are seing that is deff a issue..but I believe that the will get us fixed up and in the future packes will be more discrete..like I believe slme times the only way somthing will change is if bad stuff happins..I many times couldn't believe that things arrived because the packaging was shabby to say the least..

    Sir relax I don't think I'm attacking anyone...you are voicing your frusterations and I am stating what I feel I need to say..so don't be so sensitive as this is an open forum and I am just simply stating that in the past and up to this date ek is taking are of me just as they always have and in return I will stand behind them by giving my experiance with them..

    guys they're constantly working on alternate or additional or future ship locations....with intl sponsors there's so much that goes on behind the scenes to stay ahead of the game that i don't want to know about, but i do know it's always in the sponsors interest to consider all options.....

    That's what the forums are for people can voice there opinions all they want. As they have always been able to here in the EK forum. I can't say the same for other sponsors else where. Unless your talking about something you shouldn't be, posts are not deleted.

    Seized/ Delayed packs is not what EK wants. That benefits no one.

    i think complains and concerns are good as long as people keep it civil and reasonable. It keeps the business in check.

    No I couldn't agree more..but there is a good way to bitch and a bad way...I guess I get all jacked up because in the ast I and many others waited months and months for shitwith no customer service and no response or communication where as ek. Keeps u updated and really tries to make things right..I just believe that people need to cut em some slack ya know..and its not like I don't feel the pain I'm waiting as well and yes it makes me uneasy and ide rather things go perfect but at least they explain things and keep me in the loop..

    Keep it civil that's all anyone is asking. Creating threads and talking till your blue in the face isn't helping anyone. Things are NOT resolved faster by doing this.
