    Bridge or not to bridge

So, I am coming off a 10 week Test C 400mg /Deca 300mg run. Aug15th with be first inject of HCG that will take me to Sept followed by another week of clomid of nolvadex… not sure yet. I am going in to get Gyno removed on Oct 4 and have a three week recovery time so not won’t be getting to the gym. I was planning on running Test E /Eq after my recovery which should be first week of November. A buddy of mine suggested I bridge with turinabol during the month of October. Do you think this is advisable? Thanks guys

If you're having gyno surgery, why not come off and let your body take a break. You will need to be eating like crazy though,

Forgot to add that I am also shifting to gh pct will and be running cjc/ghrp for two months.

That's what I was thinking but he seemed pretty adamant about it. I just don't see the value so thoughts are greatly appreciated.

It has to be a medical necessity to get insurance to cover it. Like it's affecting your job so how. Make something up. Honestly, just take a break during the surgery, it took me 2 months to be back lifting. Maybe run some gh and cjc/ ghrp during that time.

Really it took u two months!!! $hit that sucks! I was planning to start 3 weeks after like the dr said. That totally screws up my plans because i don't want to be running gear for 22 weeks.

My cjc/ ghrp just landed and was going to run that till Nov as pct for my GH run that I commin off of. I do have another kit of omnitrope but was going to save that for when I was in between.

I didn't want to hear this today :-(

You could bounce back quick. They put me under and it turned into a full fledged operation. Not some drive thru gyno job, so maybe that's what took longer to recover...I dont know, plan for the worst and maybe your end up recovering quicker. cjc/ghrp is so cheap just run the hell out of it during your recovery time.

How long should it take before I start seeing better sleep?

When I started my gh in november, I was sleeping like a log with nice wood but started to drink again so sleep was shaky for a while. stopped drinking but sleep is still off. though, it might be because of the girl upstairs I wonder?

If you want better sleep I know there another peptide just for that. With ghrp the better sleeping comes on quick

Personally I would probably stay on during that 3 weeks. If you're gonna be out of the gym that and plenty of food should help you retain just about everything. I wouldn't want to be in pct while recovering from surgery AND not lifting, sounds like a nightmare lol

So, three days on the cjc/ghrp sleep patterns unchanged. Last night slept like a baby! 7 hours straight through to the morning! I'm wondering if the extra 100 mcg was what helped. We will see tonight.

I'm already running pct so I'll have almost two months prior to procedure so I should be keeping everything. And with the boys coming back up to speed just in time cuz things are looking promising with the neighbor chick.

consider IGF-1. I've been reading up about it a lot lately and it seems to make PCT way better for a lotta people. May help you maintain mass through this situation and even speed up the recovery.

was using igf-des when on cycle but since I was also using gh since december the cjc/ghrp(gh pct) should provide adequate igf release.

also, I thought igf should be used pwo and is site injection within 5 minutes while still pumped?

might need to try that. question though? I have bottle (igf) that has been reconstituted for about 3 months in the fridge. is it still good because I recently read on some peptide site that once mixed storage is only 2 months.

if it's in AA then it's good for years. it should be fine if mixed in BW and kept cold.

I go in for the gyno the beginning of Oct and for three weeks I’m laid up. It is encouraged that I walk but most likely not very mobile till week 3. As per the pre op book I was given, the next 3 weeks is questionable in terms of lifting but walking should not be an issue so I am going to presume I could hit the elliptical. I was originally planning to start a bulk (500mgTestE/400mgEQ) so to not waste gear, I was thinking about going below maintenance for 6 weeks after my 3 week recovery, run cjc/ghrp, clen, t3 and winny (10mg ed so the t3 don’t eat me up) hit the cardio and try to take 10lbs off. This should take me to mid December.

Now, I am already seeing faint outlines of my upper two abs along with the box shape when flexed. I drop 10lbs, I’m thinking I should see a little more definition. I’m content with where I’m at in terms of size but not going to complain if there is a little more. I’m thinking do I want to run a pure bulk for 10 weeks starting in Jan that takes me to mid march and then start cut cycle?

I never ran any cutting gear other than primo when I was younger so I’m sort of stuck on what I should do. I like how proviron has the synergistic effect with test for fat loss but it is looking sort of spendy even in bulk. I def need to harden my appearance but if I don’t have to pin ed/eod than I would rather not. That being said tren e looks like my direction but since I never ran it before and don’t know how I’m going to handle maybe tren a might be what I need to do. Masteron is looking better every day and I’d like to use the test e I have and really don’t want to run anything longer than 16 weeks. Diet and training is good, maybe I under eat sometimes due to work but overall I hit the mark at the end. So with that being said, I’m open to ideas and suggestions. Thanks fellas
