$1000 Euroking-gear Bulker Contest!!!

90 days to gain as much lean mass as possible........

1st place - $500 credit

2nd place - $300 credit

3rd place - $200 credit

contest period will be from Sep 15th to Dec 15th final pics due before dec 15th(90 days)

signup from now thru sep 10th.......start pics will need to be submitted anytime between sep 1-14 email for entries:

both before and after pics will need a current newspaper in the picture proving the date

4 pics required for both the before and afters (front, back, side, and your choice of pose)

members are encouraged to make journal threads in the EK section logging their workouts, body changes, etc.

I love these contests. Fun, motivational, win or lose... everyone who puts out the effort really wins in the end because they improved.

Looking forward to working on one from this side instead of losing them all the time. Even though this is the one time where the last place finisher is still a winner since the battle with the iron is a personal one.
