Mine was deleted because they send me a e-mail about my order being shipped, Id check your guys e-mails just in case?

Those who don't receive an answer in the next 3-4 hours or can't find their tickets please create a new ticket and you will receive an answer in less then 24 hours
only had one ticket, and only email was saying it's been deleted
I'm guessing with all the multiple tickets some others will get deleted by accident, guess the only thing to do is open a new one
All I can say is wow wtf..if u look at my post 90 percent of them on this board directly are related to ek saying how good they are to me and so on but I must say I'm very upset right now..I've been patiantly waiting for 2 months for my large order and lately I feel like they could care less..as a great customer to them I can't believe they delete my tickets and the best they cantell me is wait mor..no sir I've been waiting 30 days and my reship still says pending...pending? That's unacceptable...

The last ticket asked if I could switch out from scrioxx (which was in stock at the time I ordered and was told it was in in a direct ticket) to evolution.
They deleted all my tickets back to the one that says my order was approved for shipping and is pending (weeks ago).
What is shipping? The out of stock DP (months away possibly) or the out of stock Scrioxx (yes I can read its limited time only!). Or do you mean you are taking me up on shipping the Evolution?
How was deleting my ticket asking for Evolution (fist request) redundant and in need of deletion?

Mind got deleted tooand I only had one ticket which was actually a serious question about a payment error I made

Just an update. I did a new ticket as requested and it was answered within an hour. Nice job guys.
My order was switched out and all seems good now. I appreciate the service.

My ticket was also answered very quickly. Wish I hadn't waited for it because the payment method I wanted isn't avalable anyway. Should be all good now though thanks for the good service ek

This is not normal for EK guys....They hit a road bump it seems like the worst is over. Shit is taking longer the normal but people are not saying they got fucked over just dealys. Go surf some porn and rub one out....soon we will all be BIG and happy.
