My first and only ticket took 48 hours to be answered. This is fucking unacceptable. It should be done in microseconds.

Well my DNP is making me feel hot and I lose weight. What is up with that.
UPS, maybe it is supposed to do that.

It took all 8 days to get my package from I paid. This is to slow. It should not take more than one hour to get the package in my hands.
Wait a minute, I am used to 30+ days in delivery.

From my first and only experience with EK, I must say he is a good supplier. I have never been answered so fast in a ticket, received a package so fast and also got a good product in my hand by another supplier.
I will be a returning costumer for sure.

I see people go straight to the forum and throw shit around like they were fertilizing a entire field (farmer expression).
Instead of getting angry and writing complaints, contact the reps. They are here to help.
Patience is also not a sign of weakness, the reps and EK do have a lot of people to write back to.
Try yourself to get 200 emails in a day and answer them in good time. Sometimes you will be lost in the stack of emails, then try to write again.
And be prepared for a 30+ day delivery time . Plan ahead.

If everything else fails, then start to complain in the forum.

They usually have only a few posts and they all same the same shit.
