Hello guys, I'm new to Ironmagazine forums but will be consistent member on here now on. I am looking forward to use EK gear's and would like support from all of you and will provide feedback on my cycles.
Experience (NON EK gear):
2 cycles
(1 bulk) - Dbol + Test E (clomid + tamox for PCT)
(1 cut) - Test P + Test E + Tbol + Winny + Masteron P (clomid + tamox for PCT)
Bulk Cycle Fall 2012:
Week 1-6 30mg ED Dbol (Gen Shi)
Week 1-8 400mg/week Deca (Gen Shi)
Week 1-3 350mg/week Test P (?????)
Week 1-8 500mg/week Test E (Aburaihan)
Week 9-12 750mg/week Test E (Abruaihan)
Week 9-12 100mg EOD Masteron P (other ugl - finish it up)
Week 13-14 400mg/week Test P (?????)
Week 13-14 50mg ED Winny (Gen Shi)
Week 10-14 500iu/week HCG
Week 15-19 Clomid + Tamox
Adding:
Clen + Test P + HCG (not sure best dosage and where to put for best results)
PCT:
Clomid + Tamox (need help for best dosage for this length cycle)
Nutrition:
Calories - 25-30x bodyweight (slowly go up)
Protein - 2g/lb x bodyweight (approx)
Carbs - 3g/lb x bodyweight (approx)
Fats - 0.7/lb x bodyweight (approx)
Example:
170lbs x 2g protein = 1360calories
170lbs x 3g carbs = 2040calories
170lbs x 0.7g fats = 1017calories
Total Calories = 4417calories
31% Protein // 46% Carbs // 23% Fats
This cycle and nutrition needs a lot of re-vision and would like your support!
is personaly run the deca longer also as its a longer ester. ur going to start seeing results 4 or 5 week maybe a little sooner so that doesn't give a lot of time to maximize ur gains from it

Stop a week before the test e so that would be 11 weeks which should suffice, for me 10 weeks worked well started getting good gains 6+ weeks in so eleven should be a good sweet spot and it will clear out around same time as your test e so your pct isn't fucked.
Prop dose looks good bro... I run mine a little higher, but I like to push things to the limits a little
Thanks bro - I have used test prop 400mg/week for 3 weeks to front load before. I just didnt want to have left over vials opened for too long..i heard its not good?
Yeah, I'd run the prop for 5 or 6 weeks... and that's when the magic will happen with your test e... you know?
Yea I know what you mean bro.. some people say they make gains in the first 4 weeks but I dont see that.
I start gaining around weeks 4-7..
then it starts slowing down till weeks 9-10 and..hard to make gains after then after that it kind of stops.. this is with 500mg/week experience.

Once again just an opinion but try increasing your dose by 25% after ten weeks

No I run it starting a week in and continue up until PCT. Not just at the end. I look at it like keeping a tickle charge on a battery and not trying to jump start a dead battery at the end.
