I have ordered from the king several times and all packs have came under time stated. I keep seeing all these threads bashing EK and team and I can only speak from personal experience.
I recently placed an order and submitted a ticket and guess what the tricket was responded to in under 24 hours. My question was answered and all is on track. I am not saying that some are running into some speed bumps with orders, but these posts about EK and team screwing people and deleting tickets and so forth I just dont buy it. My dealings with this cat and his team have been nothing but first class and professional..... AND I HAVE PLACED SEVERAL ORDERS ....
To those that are considering ordering from EK you have nothing to worry about... Communication is top notch, my T/A has never been an issue and the products are G2G... OH and by the way I was selected to do a product review about 2 months ago and I choose a DP product before the issue arose and the trial run was put on hold... Soooo guess what I get the other day a PM from irish saying hey man we have not forgot about you and we are keeping our word .... My free product will be going out shortly for me to log about....
In a nut shell... From EK to the website to the reps this team is on top of things and I have all the confidence in the world with them...

I have also received quite a few packs in good time from EK too. But, the ball has been dropped on the dom line. We were promised a TA time that wasn't followed through on. My dom order still hasn't shipped and I've received int packs faster than this from EK. Again, you shouldn't make promises you can't keep.
And, they're questioning our intelligence when they delete threads because they mention TA time in them, when EK himself posted TA times. Why didn't Irish delete EK's thread when it had "sensitive" info in it?

Agreed with everything above. Never had an issue and have been very satisfied thus far with both EK and the reps. Also agree that they weren't really prepared to handle the Dom line and it seems that was a bit rushed. Yes they have been deleting tickets, I've had two of mine dissapear, but I imagine that was more a matter of having wayy too fucking many to handle and therefore some mistakes were bound to happen. Obviously you're not going to hear from the hundreds who had their tickets answered, so the few who had theirs deleted will be the ones people remember.
I agree with you on the king being a great sponsor. He is in the top 3 of this board and many of the other boards I follow; not only does he provide 100% customer service in my opinion but his reps go above and beyond to help. You would be damned to find anyone that will treat you as well as Irish/Jer/Sks even when dealing with a bunch of numb skulled juice heads bitching a fit.
I agree, EK is a great guy and provides great service.

I had an issue with my first order. Communication was fast and my special request was honored. My reship was sent out immediately and arrived in a timely fashion. I can't say enough about my first order through EK and expect the same this time around.![]()

holiday and all that plus the mad rush after the introduction of the evo line T/A times will probably get back to normal after this initial rush so Im willing to be a little bit more patient. Not to mention the kick ass prices, I cant even begin to imagine how many orders came flying through the first couple of weeks.
Anyone whose ordered from the dom line recently still not shipped? Just wondering if they're still really behind or if things are starting to catch up.

It seems that if it was just a problem w too many orders than we would see at least a few people get their packs after 2 weeks. And the customer service guys are full of shit. They just feed you some bullshit to shut you up for a while. 8 days ago they told me it would go out in 24-48 hours. So, either they have no clue what's going on, or they're full of shit.


I thought EK just posted that the bugs are fixed and people should start seeing things move this week. I hope so anyways. Getting sick of seeing the bitching.
I've been holding off on Placing my order until I start seeing people receive the EVO CDs.
I have to say that EK has been top notch in the past! Dragon Pharma was on point.

I don't know anything about the evolution line, it's shipping practices, or anything else...I see what the rest of you see on the web site. I'm sure there were an unimaginable number of orders at first. I know if "opening day" had hit at a better time for me, I'd be one of those with an order pending too... just think about it, everyone saw a new line of products with amazing prices and a better way of getting them so everyone ordered right away...you know they had to be swamped. Just patience and understanding...I'm certain all will be well.
It doesn't matter what the product is, bubble gum, lawn mowers, or new kitchen gadgets, if everyone wants it all at the same time, it's going to be hard to get it to everyone at the same time.

There was a post started almost a week ago saying, everything was caught up, and you should get your stuff. It hasn't happened and that's what everyone is riled up about. If someone would just make a post giving the status of Evolution this board could go back to normal.

Right, and that was about a postal delay that evidently had resolved, where ever it was. I've been seeing all over the boards that I go to that people are receiving. Maybe they are just pretending they got what they wanted and are happy? I don't know because I'm not one of them.
About evolution gear? Sorry, I don't have the answers. However, I'm sure the problem is that they were simply overwhelmed with a large number of orders all at once.

The thing is, there were posts made by the man that said it's still on time, you'll see them this week, all better, etc. But the reality was it obviously wasn't. So instead of saying "listen guys we got hammered with orders and a few other things and were behind two weeks" we get blatantly lied too. Hey do what you think is best but dont be a fuckin dick when people ain't happy about it. Also it would be a stand up thing to do to extend the introductory prices another month so we could actually get something before the sale ends. Might recover some lost customers if you care that is. This refers only to evo as I have no experience with anything else.
