Sup guys, I'm excited to take part in another contest this year. I placed 3rd in the ironmag transformation contest, so hopefully I can do some good here too.
I'm 6'3 around 224 lbs. Doing a bulker is going to be great and hopefully we can all motivate one another to keep eating and lifting heavy.
My cycle is going to be a 10 weeker since I am going away in January and will be driven by Musclepup.
Super Test Weeks 1-8
Masteron E Weeks 1-8
Dbol 1-4 and possibly 6-10, or Tbol until End
Test Prop 8-10
PCT 11-15

Thanks guys! It was tough finishing up my breakfast eating all those oats but I did it while almost puking lol and then I spent 4 hours cooking.. I will be posting a pic of my pot of rice shortly..
Yea I used the program during the pct of my last cylce and then natural and was able to make decent size gains on my chest, legs, and back..
Squating 3x a week seems intimadating but its actually easier than squatting once a week once your body handles it. It's two heavy days with a lighter workout in between.

I'm excited about the +4lb weight gain. Although its primarily due to eating more foods, its just a taste of things to come. I also set PR's on the bench and pedlay row. Hopefully I can keep adding 5-10lbs a week on this program b/c this is where it gets hard.

Diet is solid- I will mirror this with slightly less carbs and adjust as the mirror does not lie. Just went food shopping but they didn't have brown rice.

From my research aromisin is overkill ( not if you are hypersensitive to estro)
Are u running it on cycle? I am trying to grab Arimidex so I can run it with my prop and dbol. Let me know what u think based off the info I provided.
I have some adex on hand for when sides appear. I have never tried aromasin tho. Will check out your long now bro.

Are you feelin the supertest yet? Very smoothe I must say! I just had to try 1cc today, but I am still loading with prop and EQ. Hopefully by end of next week I will feel the juice running loose! How are u dosing the supertest and masteron?
Thanks alot for the motivation bros! I am feeling the supertest kick more and its week 2 I believe, it could also be the dbols too, but either way I feel great. I am hitting 3ml's a week of supertest so 750 test 3, 300mg test prop, and mast just a low dose to keep estrogen/bloat away 200mg a week!
