You should submit a ticket and be nice, Writing Scammed won't get you shit, plus its the holidays man. Shipping gets fucked up and times get extended, i Doubt EK scammed you
OK, sorry about that , I will contact someone on the EK site , although I never received a answer last time .
please understand that it's a worldwide company and different timezones...so they're not online 24/7....they go to sleep and take weekends and holidays just like everyone else........tickets are being answered all during the week and they may be slow getting to yours but they WILL get to yours.....please let me or another board rep know if you've not gotten a reply by end of fridayQuote:
