    2012 Bodybuilding Goals for yourself?

    I think it's good to set an attainable goal for yourself to work towards. You have to buy into the goal 100% and do whatever it takes to make sure you meet or exceed your expectations. No excuses can be made.

    I know we've had similar threads before but what are your BB goals for 2012 and how you plan to reach them?

    My goal for 2012 is to finally get a 6-pack. I have always been just a "Big Boy". I've normally focused on size and strength (Bulking). But this year I have set my sights on something different. I completely switched it up.

    A very good friend of mine is helping me through this process. I want this physique before summer so I can rip my shirt off and stun the masses and make my GF go nuts. I have laid out one HELL of a big-boy cut cycle and he has hooked me up with a complete diet plan (meal by meal that switches every couple of weeks) and training plan that should make me reach my goals.

    Looks like it's going to be lots of chicken breast, watered down protein shakes and cardio for sloppy. But it will be worth it. I just have to stay 100% dedicated and never stray.

    I am running some DNP right now for a couple more weeks until I start my cycle. I will be running a log in the EK section and I hope all of you will stop in and give me some motivation to eat my meals and do my cardio for the day. Thank you!

    A sustainable 195ish, currently 183, while dropping a bit more bf. Get that full 6-pack back as you said,lol. Doesn't sound like alot but I'm 66" tall. Thats the realm of the likes of Ray Rice, MJD and I think Woodhead is in the height range too.

    Plan: Already stay away from fat's except for the occasional cheat meal. Haven't touched a soda in over a year and now need to focus on cutting out other sugars.

    Extra help: 10 vials of CutMix and 3 of TrenE getting ordered wednesday. 2 CC Eod of the cutmix and 200mg of the added Tren weekly.

    I'm running a marathon st pattys day. To be able to survive while on my tren cycle. Also the 6 pack goal, develop some calves. Be able to cruise for a min of 3 months. Start deadlifting.

    my personal goal for 2012 is consistency....competition wise it's not in my cards anymore and my efforts and support are going to a special lady friend and her figure pro card attempt again...

    More fit this summer. A little bigger, a little stronger. Must have 6 pack back by May...it's just barely starting to show but is by no means a 6 pack yet.

    Good point. But since I'm only training for health and fitness...even though I happily take physique improvements when they come (and they do)... I don't want to say I'm a bodybuilder.     I am hoping for 10% body at 245. We will see... Currently 245 at 13-14% body fat. Major cutting cycle for me starting next week. Eating 500 calories less then maintainence caloric intake. Trying to increase my endurance and strength..

    Like some there's no competition in my future. I'm really gonna focus more on strength then size. I would love to be around 190lbs and 10% bf, but if I can regain the strength I had when I ran my first cycle, I'll take it. Hoping to get my bench close to 300lbs and squat 300+, with help from the king . Good luck to everyone with their goals this year!

    200-205 @ 10% BF. currently 190 @ 12%, about 30 days out from starting my cycle. trying to drop down to 10% before the cycle and hopefully gain a couple of more pounds of mass.

    2012:
    Body weight: 215-220lbs with visible six pack
    Bench: 450+
    Develop larger lats

    When I graduate (5 months)
    Develop a diet plan that is 1) sustainable - 2) Healthy - 3) will allow me to maintain my 215lbs (or 220) but burn fat-- I guess what I am trying to say is I want to perfect my diet to cut down on body fat, but grow a bit more muscle size so I maintain the 215.

    My main goal is to hit legs a whole lot harder this year and get them back to the way they use to look before an old injury that pretty much ended my bodybuilding contest physique. Who knows if all goes well might get back at competing again hopefully if not this year the start of next year. While legs grow I want to maintain my body weight at a good 230 to leave some room to shred some bf to prepare for contest when time comes again.

    I would like to end 2012 sitting at a solid 220. Not contest type solid, but 10-12% bf will be accepteble. My chest and calves are something I really want to see growth in this year. Once this challenge is over for me, I think I'll switch up my routine a bit...
