    SloppyJ's Spring Cutter Log

    Hey guys. I wanted to log my progress and thought y'all might want to follow along.

    I weighed in at 210 this morning. I am 6'1" tall. I have been working out since 7th grade football and I've loved it since the first time I got DOMS. I was in heaven. I have been messing with gear for around 1-2 years. I'm still pretty new in the gear area but I have devoted so much time to it I feel like I know quite a bit about it.

    My previous cycles were this:

    First Cycle:
    1-14 Test E 500/750/1g
    1-4 Dbol
    Adex as an AI

    Second Cycle:
    1-19 Test E 750mg
    1-18 EQ 600/900mg
    8-15 Tren Ace 75mg ED
    1-4 Prop kickstart
    5-9 Dbol 50mg
    18-21 Super DMZ
    Aromasin/Caber for AI/Progesterone protection

    As you can see my last cycle got a little crazy. I got blood work taken in the middle of Feb. and my levels were at 600. Everything else looked good so I started getting mentally prepared to jump back on.

    I planned on starting my next cycle on April 1st and running it for a total of 12 weeks. My goal for 2012 is to get a legit 6pack. I have some abs showing now but nothing close to where I want to be. I figure I will need to get down to 185-190 to get where I want to be.

    I got a little excited and decided to start my cycle today. So I'm adding an extra 4 weeks on the front end of my cycle. I will still start my "Cut" diet on April 1st and go as planned.

    Here is what my cycle looks like:

    1-10 Prop 600mg
    1-10 NPP 450mg
    1-5 Drol 50-100mg ED KALPA Brand
    7-15 Var 100mg ED
    11-16 Cut mix 1.5-2ml ED DP Brand
    13-16 Halo 20-30mg ED KALPA Brand
    1-16 500iu HCG 2x/wk Pregnyl
    1-16 Caber .5mg E3D Pharmacia Brand
    1-16 Adex 1mg ED KALPA Brand
    6-16 50-100mcg T3 Triomel

    Obviously the bolded items are products that EK carry. They all look to be very good quality but I will be sure to give my honest opinion of everything. Even if I feel that a product is lacking I will let everyone know.

    Cut Diet (Starting April 1. This will change every 2 weeks. Much props to XYZ for hooking me up with a proper diet and taking me under his wing for this cut. I couldn't do all this shit without your help!!)

    Training Days
    Meal 1 - 7 egg whites, 1scoop whey, 1/2C oats, 1 Serving Fruit, 5g Glutamine
    Meal 2 - 6oz Beef, 6oz. Sweet Potato
    Meal 3 - 6oz. Chicken, 3/4C Brown Rice, 1tbsp PB
    Meal 4 - 2 Scoops Protein, 1 tbsp PB
    Meal 5 - 6oz. Chicken, Veggies, 1 tbsp PB
    Meal 6 - 6oz Beef, 6oz Sweet Potato, Veggies
    Meal 7 - 2 Scoops Protein Powder, 1 tblsp PB

    Non Training Days
    1- Same as above
    2- Same as above
    3- Same as above but no rice
    4- Same as above
    5- Same as above
    6- Same as above but no potato
    7- Same as above

    Pre w/o: Energy Drink or ECA and 100mg TNE whenever I want
    During w/o: 10g BCAA in 1.5L water
    Post w/o: 1 scoop whey, 40g dextrose, 10g leucine, 10g creatine, 10g glutamine

    Cardio: 5 sessions per week. 45min HIIT.

    Weights: 4 sessions per week. No more than 2 sessions back to back without rest. If cardio is on the same day cardio will be done early AM or right after weights.

    1 cheat meal per week to keep me sane.

    1.5-2 gallons of water per day

    Sodium: Add 1tbsp of Soy Sauce or 1/2 tsp of sea salt to 4 meals per day.


    So today I took my 1st shot of 200mg Prop, 150mg NPP. I also took 100mg Drol, 1mg Adex and .5mg Caber. I plan to take 100mg of TNE 2hrs before my workout session tonight. It's my first time taking TNE so I hope it goes well. I hope that I am able to feel it before my chest workout tonight.

    Stay Tuned. I will take a before pic as of today. But I probably won't post it up until the end along with my after picture. I better have a fucking six-pack by then!!!

    No I did not. Actually I'm still in college. I quit football in highschool. It was either play football and have no gas/insurance money or get a job and be able to drive.

    My dad and I restored an old truck for my first ride but my parents weren't just going to hand out money for gas and fun. They've always taught me to be finacially responsible and I take pride in it. Matter of fact I'm almost done with my 4 year degree from a mojor university and when I graduate I will have done it without any financial help. No loans = No debt = Lots of toys when I graduate. Consolidating my 3 vehicles to get a badass new truck and probably a new harley or victory and a new fourwheeler.

    At the time I took it, my body was so worn out it just didn't want anything more. I liked the dmz for what it is. Dry orals on the tail end of a cycle are really nice. Winny would my go-to for that situation except it kills my joints.

    TNE is Test No Ester. It's just like test suspension but it's in oil and not water.

    I have minimal PIP in my right quad which is surprising seeing that it is my first shot of the cycle, it was 3.3ml and it had 2ml of prop in it.

    I took .9ml of TNE pre-workout. I wasn't too impressed right now but I didn't expect much from it the first day. I could tell something was going on though. I got some good pumps but not really any strength or anything. Next workout I'm going to try and take it 2hrs before my workout. I workout around 8:30am so I guess I'll wake up at 6:30 and pin my delt then go back to sleep for another hour or so.

    Second day:

    Not sore from last night's workout. Probably due to the TNE. Minimal soreness in my shoulder from the TNE and my quad is a little tender from the 2ml of prop and 1ml of NPP. The first ones are always the worst.

    Can't wait for this shit to KICK IN.

    Dropped $300-$350 on all of the supps that I'm going to need for this cycle. Stocked the freezer up with a 1/4 of a cow and went by Sam's and got some huge bags of chicken. I'm about to tear this shit up.

    All of my supps are coming from true protein.com I got everything unflavored and bought a bunch of flavor packs. I will let everyone know which ones are good.

    Can you send me the other 1/4 of cow? Medium rare. I'm about cooked out man. Seriously thinking about taking all my meat to a restaurant and ask them to cook all of it for me.

    Do you do any fish? My coach has me on 9oz tilapia twice a day. Says its good for thinning out the skin. Plus it makes your house smell great!!! ?

    I'm sure the fish will get worked in. Like I said, the diet will change every two weeks.

    Honestly I'm a diet newb and I have XYZ helping me out with this. He knows his shit and is kind enough to take me under his wing.


    Alright now damn it!! I'm setting the alarm early in the morning to wake up and shoot some TNE. I'm going to use a 1" 25g this time instead of a slin pin to make sure I hit the muscle deep. I better get something out of it this time. I wanna walk in with a boner I could drill holes in the wall with.

    did you get the watermelon flavor? They have some weird flavors. That cycle your running looks crazy, in a good way. In for the ride as well.

    I cooked 10 tilapia fillets today, 3 chicken breast, 15 thick cut boneless chops, 2 tenderloins(deer) ... should get me thru monday ...

    Yes I did. It looked interesting enough to me so I picked it up. Off the top of my head I got: Double Dutch Fudge, French Vanilla Cream, Concord Grape, Lime-citrus, Watermelon, Orange juice and strawberry banana. I mainly got these to mix in with my BCAA/GLutamine/Leucine/Creatine during my workout drinks. But I might flavor some protein with it too.

    THAT WORKS REALLY WELL. It's been years since I've had any of that. Lots of guys I used to work with went out and brough back TONS of that stuff. Hell even the ground stuff was really good. I'm jealous.

    You can use that in place of any of the meat meals you want, it's VERY lean and good for you.

    I have a bunch of ground deer meat also. There's a little bit of fat mixed in but it's still super lean. This cycle is going to clear out my freezer. Oh well. I'll be ready to stock it full come September.

    I had some deer bologna made along with a few sticks of summer sausage with jalopenos and pepper jack cheese mixed in. That shit is GOOD!


    BTW, I felt the TNE a little more this morning, still nothing crazy. I just felt a little more in the zone. I have some actual suspension coming in very soon and I am going to run it and see if I can tell a difference. I'm starting to wonder about this TNE that I have.
