i've not used either, but the other tabs i've used from kalpa have done me well

Unfortunately it seems its underdosed, although at 40mcg per tab, no sides or results :(

don't use the sides like shaking to gauge...use a digital thermometer and take temp every 2 hours...should be 1-2 above normal temp...
