Yup. I was big before I had my daughter, something like DD or DDD (depending on the bra), (and I'm 5'1), but after I had her, and after quite a few bouts of mastitis, I started going to the doc for back adjustments because they were so damn heavy. So I think 4 years after she was born I had them reduced. I had about 5 lbs cut off (keep in mind the average boob is about a pound), and I'm still about a C.
